Halstead London Dry Gin uses the vapour infusion method to give a particularity smooth flavour from its ten botanicals. You do need to think in advance for this one – prepare and peel the melon a good few hours before then freeze and chill the gin. The essence of the watermelon creates a sweet edge to a smooth London Dry, whilst the handpicked mint adds a fresh finish to create a truly unique and exceptional gin.
