I Will Send You the Comforter: . . . He Will Guide You into All Truth. John 16:7–14

When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father— the Spirit of Truth, who comes from the Father—he will testify on my behalf.

The Comforter is also called the Spirit, Holy Ghost, and Holy Spirit. The Spirit intercedes (“the act of mediating between two parties with the goal to reconcile those who differ or contend) for us. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. For it is My Father's will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."

And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. And as for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But just as His true and genuine anointing teaches you about all things, so remain in Him as you have been taught. I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine… It was the Holy Ghost that enabled the early church to speak to others in a language they had not learned. This Holy Spirit-given ability was to reach others of different languages with the Gospel. The gift was not given for their entertainment or to prove to them they were saved. that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you, and will be in you.But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot accept, because it does not see him or know him. But you know him, because he resides with you and will be in you. But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall bear witness of me: And behold, I am sending the promise of My Father upon you. But remain in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high."

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and will be in you. When the Advocate is come whom I will send to you from the Father's presence--the Spirit of Truth who comes forth from the Father's presence--He will be a witness concerning me. I tell you the truth: it is beneficial for you that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Redeemer of the accursed will not come to you, but if I depart I shall send him to you.” When the Advocate comes, whom I will send you from the Father--the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father--he will testify about me, Strong's 3956: All, the whole, every kind of. Including all the forms of declension; apparently a primary word; all, any, every, the whole.However, I am telling you the truth: It's good for you that I'm going away. If I don't go away, the helper won't come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. But when the Paraclete cometh, whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceedeth from the Father, he shall give testimony of me. But I will send you the Advocate—the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me. The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and make you remember all that I have told you.

And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be for ever with you--the Spirit of truth. You, however, are controlled not by the flesh, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. And I will beg the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, that he may be with you for ever,And when the Comforter may come, whom I will send to you from the Father -- the Spirit of truth, who from the Father doth come forth, he will testify of me; Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.’ Romans 8:26 Also: John 14:6 . even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him.
