At level 3, Power Prolonger doubles the time Switch Axe will stay in Amped Sword Mode or in Power Axe Mode. An amazing skill to have, I would almost say a "must have" skill for Switch Axe, but charging Power Axe and Amped State aren't terribly difficult to do, so this can be skipped.
