And I can happily say that that statement is an insult to those at Traveller's Tales who developed the game. Aku Aku: Crash, Coco, it is just as I feared; Uka Uka and Doctor Cortex have unleashed a group of destructive masks known as the Elementals. The game was cancelled due to layoffs at Radical on February 11, 2010, and was abandoned in favor of Prototype 2. The game's sound effects were created by Ron Horwitz, Tom Jaeger, John Robinson, and Harry Woolway of Universal Sound Studios.Details about the game's progress and development are scarce, although Cerny has revealed that the game was to feature open, free-roaming environments, as opposed to the linear structure Crash Bandicoot was known for at the time. But I don't see the quirky marsupial as my ultimate video game character, but i still enjoyed the game very much. If you're a fan of the original Crash Bandicoot games, I definitely recommend giving this one a try.

The only one of these vehicles which I really enjoyed was the gyro-ball, which lets Crash roll around a la Marble Madness. Visually, a feast for the eyes and the game control is so precise that you have to be pretty accurate.The main antagonist of the series, Doctor Neo Cortex, is a mad scientist who created Crash Bandicoot among other characters and now seeks Crash's elimination along with world domination. But don't marvel too long at the new inventions, because you might find yourself in a heap of destruction. Randy Nelson of PlayStation: The Official Magazine considered the game to be "one of the best-looking titles on PS2 at the moment", but found the levels to be sparsely populated as a result of their increased width. After developing Crash Twinsanity, Traveller's Tales Oxford Studio began developing another Crash Bandicoot game, a racing title which would have served as a direct sequel to Twinsanity. The game's voice actors were cast and directed by Margaret Tang with dialog editing from Rik Schaffer.
