hi everyone! this is my first comic on tapastic, so... excuse any silly errors i've made while uploading it. i'm a bit unsure about the file size... the images might be a bit too big? who knOWS This potato omelet is one of the most popular dishes in Spain, and it also happens to be vegetarian! Thankfully, as times change, it's getting easier to find vegan- and vegetarian-friendly eateries in Spain. And of course, many of the traditional dishes Spaniards know and love are meat-free or even entirely plant-based ( vegano).

This popular Spanish dish is a winning combination of local asparagus and eggs prepared a variety of ways. Gazpacho (Cold Tomato and Vegetable Soup) — Vegan The author of this cookbook is Malcolm Coxall. He is a 30-year experienced management consultant, systems analyst, organic farmer, and author working in world’s largest organizations. In this book, readers will be shown how simple ingredients are in each recipe and suggestions. Under the shape of small portion food, everyone could set up mini feasts designed to delight the senses little by little. In this case, we've got a vegetarian pintxos recipe rather than a vegetarian tapas recipe! This tasty bite comes from the Basque Country and is as simple as it sounds: just crusty bread topped with soft goat cheese and sweet caramelized onions.Don't get scared by the word calamares in the title.
