About this deal

Pre-Game Lobby • Theater • Playtime Factory • Feeding Pit • Screening Room • Destroy-a-Toy • Misfit Pit In Log 08502, Huggy was briefly mentioned as Experiment 1170, and was dubbed the most optimal subject, as he possesses the ideal amount of intelligence and is obedient to the scientists working at the company.

It is confirmed that a character featured in Chapter 3: Deep Sleep, presumably the Unnamed Purple Monster, will eventually be added to Project: Playtime. [6] Originally marketed as a toy intended solely for providing platonic love through hugging, Huggy Wuggy was designed to possess warm and appreciative qualities. On the Developer Q&A podcast viewed on the Mob Entertainment YouTube Channel, developer Ben Pavlovits revealed that the current UI featured within Project: Playtime will shortly be overhauled. [5]

System Requirements

This however can be proven as false, as three different entities can be depicted talking to us throughout the Vent Chase via the conveyor walls. Huggy Wuggy was initially introduced in Chapter 1 as a statue in the Main Lobby of the factory. However, once the player restores power to the entire facility, Huggy Wuggy mysteriously disappears. Throughout the chapter, Huggy Wuggy makes occasional, brief appearances until he finally reveals himself and starts chasing the player during the intense Ventilation Chase sequence. Towards the end of the chapter, he is witnessed plummeting deep into the depths of the Playtime Co. Factory. While this is happening, the final seventh player can choose to be one of the three notable antagonists seen within the Poppy Playtime franchise: Huggy Wuggy, Mommy Long Legs, and the brand new monster, Boxy Boo. The monster is tasked with defeating all six players no matter the costs, having unique and special abilities to assist them. After managing to momentarily escape Huggy and landing on a brittle catwalk, the player pulls a crate onto the crumbling structure just as Huggy bursts from the vents, causing it to collapse. Though the player manages to land safely on another catwalk not far below, Huggy strikes the railing and proceeds to fall into the abyss on the facility, slamming into several pipelines and leaving behind dark red blood splatters. On the Developer Q&A livestreamed on the Mob Entertainment YouTube channel, it was revealed that the possibility of new gamemodes is highly likely as they are prototyping it now. [4]

Developer Micah Preciado had to make a statement regarding this within the Poppy Playtime Discord Server. [3] Some horror games use vents to sneak around or find clues, but Poppy Playtime uses vents as a means of transportation. Within the vents are conveyor belts that need to be powered on to function and take you from place to place. The first use of this function is when you go from the staff to the Make-A-Friend section. This is evident by the fact that some writings say "Starving" and "I'm so hungry." Further proven by the fact that he seems to eat you when you die. Puzzle Pillars • Port-A-Lounge • Crash Doors • Grapple Handles • Dash Handles • Sabotages • Perks • Toy Parts • Toy Machine Deposits New ToysThis factory is filled with remnants of a crooked past- All you need to do is go deeper. Let's ask Bunzo Bunny. Or perhaps PJ Pug-a-pillar has some ideas. Or maybe... Mommy knows?Three times the size of Chapter 1, you must descend deeper into the toy factory. Mind-numbing puzzles and horrific toys await. Grapple and swing your way to safety. Try to escape- and don't let Mommy find you. The Train StationExplore one of Playtime Co.'s most popular locations, the Game Station! This Train Station is more than just a pitstop... there's games, a playground, and much, much more. Even better- the train provides a straight shot right out of the factory. Huggy Wuggy is presumed to be the one who wrote the countless words within the walls during the Vent Chase. Survivors • Leith Pierre • Micath Pierciado • Huggy Wuggy • Mommy Long Legs • Boxy Boo • Bunzo Bunny • PJ Pug-a-Pillar • Wuggies Huggy Wuggy, otherwise known as Experiment-1170, is a toy produced by Playtime Co., who makes his titular debut in Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze. As stated by Playtime Co., Huggy is one of their most successful products. On the 28th of May, Mob Entertainment released another video called "Kissy Missy Cake", where they destroyed Kissy Missy and made her into a cake. This move was yet again done in honor of Destroy-a-Toy.

While walking, Huggy has a stiff, yet rather lithe and oddly organic-looking gait. He is capable of breaking into incredible bursts of speed, using his long arms and legs to propel himself forward. While crawling through the vents after the player, Huggy is able to bend and contort his body to fit into tight spaces. Before the player drops the crate onto Huggy on the catwalk, he can be seen sprinting towards the player on all fours, much like an ape. Due to his sheer height of a whopping 18 feet tall, he possesses a size advantage against average humans. During the vent chase, Huggy is able to cut off and keep up with the player by navigating through the ventilation system. Project: Playtime was initially tested deep within the files of Chapter 2: Fly in a Web, with multiple related assets appearing as 3D Models and UI.The sounds range from playful and soft to loud and abrupt. Both fit into the theme and mix with the childlike factory setting. The sounds and visuals carry the weight of the game as the majority of the game is silent or has very low musical hums that would play periodically. You get more information from what you see and hear and get a sense of progression within the game with sound cues.

Playtime Co. is an abandoned factory known for its creation of toys loved across the nation. You play as a former employee in the factory and investigate the facility when you receive a letter that the missing employees from 10 years ago are still within the factory. The main clue to finding the staff is the search for the “flower.” On the 27th of May, the Mob Entertainment channel released the map reveal of Destroy-a-Toy. They also announced the name of the new "season" (ProjectPlaytimePhase2), Incineration. They also released a video called “Destroying Huggy Wuggy” in the honor of the new map.

In a trailer headshot close-up of Huggy, it seemed that behind his plastic "eyes" lie big shot, human-like eyes.
