About this deal

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

If you have multiple Arylic devices (as I later had), all clients (renderers) appear on the application screen and you can choose synchronized music playback. Here we have it, the most affordable streamer I ever tested, and it never felt cheap, rushed or undercooked, so I’m happy to report that S10 surprised me in a pleasant way, as the company always did so far. The S10 allows you to stream audio to your home audio system wirelessly via WiFi, Airplay, Bluetooth 5. L4E4-4AT is kind of specialised and up-market, this is high quality 4-channel analogue audio cable and many new systems use digital connections instead. The Arylic is smaller than it looks on the page and would not quite cover an adult palm, lengthways.Or stream music using any software that supports Airplay, Spotify Connect, UPNP or DLNA protocols, including iTunes, Spotify, Musicbee and more. The compact design ensures it fits seamlessly into any setup, making it ideal for small spaces or portable use.

What also makes the S10 such an outstanding preamplifier is that it supports High-Res Music streaming. Arylic decided to invest in, and create an interesting streamer that’s about as affordable as Pi alternatives are, but which is much easier to program, use and which has a solid design, with Arylic excellent support behind. La communication se faisant par WIFI ou RJ45, pas de perte de signal ou de qualité constatée et surtout, avantage énorme, pas besoin de laisser l'appareil qui commande la musique, connecté (Ce qui est obligatoire en Blue Tooth).

The playlists are different for Spotify, Tidal and Youtube, and based on the songs I enjoy and are available on each! Arylic S10 vs Triangle AIO Connect (79 USD vs 150 USD) – We have two very different Streamers here today. When i choose an album, it tries to load the first song but the buffering seems to crash after some seconds. I wouldn’t choose it as my day to day streamer in our main system as it’s simply outclassed by the other equipment and they highlight it shortcomings, but with something like the Acoustic Energy AE1 Actives (a very good speaker system in its own right) I think you’d be hard pushed to find too much fault in it – with the caveats that I’ve mentioned.

S10 Attached to network using RJ45 ( via a switch to share with TV box and powerline adaptor to router). The device arrives in a nice box with instructions, cables, a charger and a remote control that is of surprisingly good quality. I would recommend considering AIO Triangle as a Streamer for more expensive setups, and S10 for entry-level, bedroom, or bedside setups where having a simple DAC with a simple AMP or even active speakers is fun and feasible.

Would a wifi connection not be compressed like Bluetooth and allow the unit to process higher resolution signals giving a better quality sound? I would say yes, but only if you have older gear that needs a middleman, or entry-level active speakers like Edifiers or Presonus’ that you want to stream music with without the need for a PC or laptop. The S10 essentially takes a digital signal from Bluetooth, WiFi, or direct from USB, and converts it into audio into an active speaker, an older receiver, or an older analog-only preamp.
