About this deal

UBC125XLT, BC125AT/UBC126AT and Albrecht AE125H Scanners) Please Donate to my supported charity which I would

To program your frequency in you will push in the Orange Function key and then let go. Immediately push in the E button and let go. A compact amplified speaker ideal for use with handheld radios such as scanners, Amateur & CB, where the output from them is not powerful enough to drive a normal speaker. The thing that I am confused with though is that the Watson states a frequency range of 25 - 1900MHz, whereas the Nagoya states only 144/430MHz. Some of the frequencies I receive are below 144. Will the Nagoya still work well with these? A: To program this scanner manually, you will first want to make sure that everything is deleted out of it first, like the preprogrammed states such as Alaska. To do this you will want to turn off the scanner. While it is turned off you will push in and hold in the 2, 9, and Hold keys. Continue holding these down while you power on unit. Once you see all memory clear let go of all the keys. It will then ask you if you would like to restore the preprogrammed states in. Push the no key which is located below the 7 key. At this point your scanner will say, scan mode nothing to scan. Get a comm to USB converter from Maplin - most people dont have comm ports anymore so it shows the age of the cable they provide. I also support the import/export of Butel ARC125 format files so whatever you have already programmed can be easily imported. The Step size will depend on the scanner and some can scan through a list of frequencies using the following steps:- 5, 6.25, 8.33, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 50, 100kHz. Using the correct Step size will mean that you don't miss any frequencies. Recently the spacing between airband frequencies has been reduced from 25KHz spacing to 8.33KHz spacing so as to increase the number of frequencies available. Therefore your airband scanner should have a step size of 8.33KHz.

A scanner usually lets you set either AM (Amplitude Modulation) or FM (Frequency Modulation). The scanner may also have NFM (Narrow FM) and WFM (Wide FM) but for listening to aircraft transmissions you should only use the AM mode. Note this charger only comes with a 2 pin EU plug, so you will need to use it with a EU plugadapter (eg shaver adapter). Please fill out the form below. The details will be used to help us with your price promise request. You can have a group as large or as small as you like. If you want to add the 8 PMR446 channels, you don't need to waste a whole bank of 50 just for 8 channels.
