Stable and Flexible Stand Support- Two light stands in the kit provide stable support for the LED video lights, adjustable height from 3'/92cm to 6. With adjustable color temperature (3200K–5600K), HSI (Hue, Saturation, and Intensity) mode, dimming control, and a high CRI of 97, create any color and lighting effect easily using this RGB LED panel light. The light comes fitted with barn doors, diffusion sheet and mounting bracket, and is supplied with a Neewer stainless steel 220cm light stand. We have a common understanding of the fine details and practicality of quality products and always support every product we make.While the barn doors are a great addition to a lamp like this, they did impede its ability to tilt down on a lighting stand as the doors got caught in the yoke of the lamp. In the end I removed the barn doors and attached some 1/4 diffusion directly to the lamp in front of the provided plastic diffusion. The client loved this touch and is something which a few years ago would have required quite a punchy tungsten lamp with colour gels. I recently used the RGB feature to create a blue wash on a background of around 5m x 3m from a distance of 2m. The lights are a little smaller than the usual 1×1 LED panel, which was a little bit of a shock, however the output is pretty good. The lights can be powered in two ways: AC adapter (included) when shooting indoors, or NP-F550 NP-F970 li-ion battery power supply (battery not included) for on-the-go photography. Comes in a nicely Designed Box, and in their individual little padded zip-up bags, padding is soft foam.These are great and good value, the only reason I can’t give them five stars is because there was a bit missing on one of the tripods meaning that the tripod extension arm wouldn’t hold down on one of the tripods - it was not in the packaging so very odd it was missing and as soon as I opened the packaging the tripod extension popped out so it must have been packaged without the nut.
Usually I’d usually use my tungsten lights for this sort of project, however since I’ve got a set of FalconEyes RX-18TDs, which are a beautiful fill and key light, I was keen to add to my LED light offering a couple of lamps to light the green screen. Designed with 11 channels (1-10 Channel and "88" Channel) and with the remote control, this light allows you to control one 660 light or control multiple 660 lights at the same time by setting the channel No. You can achieve the maximum brightness out of the lamp by activating both the daylight and tungsten LEDS, setting the Kevlin to around 4200K. While I haven’t had much use for the effects mode as yet the Neewer RGB660 lights offer, I have just recently completed a shoot where we used several Arri Skypanel S60s and s30s to create a lightning effect. Compared to the Bi-Colour Neewer 660 lamps you do loose out a little on the maximum brightness, due to the LEDS being split between Bi-Colour and RGB, however you do gain than elusive RGB mode!Solid with Metal / Aluminum build, feels sturdy, Screw on the yoke, and for the stand are made of metal which is fantastic.
