Whichever retinoid serum you choose, start with a low dose of around 0.2% and increase the strength slowly, as side effects like tingling and flakiness are common. Also, it’s important to note that in the study, improvements were greater after 60 to 80 days than 30 to 46 days, so don’t expect complete results overnight.
