Me gusta una buena historia de amor mafiosa, sobretodo cuando los protagonistas vienen de diferentes orígenes pero esta no me encantó. Al principio el juego del tira y afloja de los protagonistas mantuvieron las cosas interesantes pero luego era demasiado sexo, lujuria, lujuria, lujuria... y no tengo problemas con eso pero ya no fue mí taza de té en el momento en que el protagonista decide realizar una fantasía para la protagonista al compartirla con su mejor amigo. Eso fue un no para mí. Mis héroes mafiosos no comparten a sus amadas. You may have read books where you think the man will burn the entire world, but Hunter is a man of action and not just words. We get to see the destruction!! Esta destinada a ser un descargo personal no para que alguien más lea pero si lo haces y te ofende, me disculpo porque sé lo que es que te guste un libro y otros lo critiquen I loved the push and pull between Hunter and Isobel. Hunter was an interesting character. His dynamic definitely intrigued me the most. As for Isobel, I loved her strength and resilience the most. She went through so many hardships at a young age. I loved how it made her stronger and a fighter. I loved how everything played out. I loved how there was a bonus epilogue too. It was so good. Highly recommend the audio!

Hunter has been waiting patiently for this moment. Being apart from Isobel has been torture but it was needed. Until all the pieces were in place he couldn't fix what he broke. He made so many mistakes but in the end, he did what he did and despite how Isobel hates him it's time they were finally reunited. This book! Wow! This is my first true venture into a Motorcycle Club romance. I'm not usually drawn to them because 1) I feel like it's weird that they call them Old Ladies and 2) I don't like that even some of the husbands cheat with the groupies. However, this book blew me away. Mia was not from that kind of world and was learning everything from scratch just like me. Colt was so honest and open with his feelings for her it made my heart hurt. He was committed to her from the very start. Also, why is everyone blurting out their life story two minutes into a conversation? It's like every new character introduced has to explain how crappy their life was and it just made no sense. My favorite thing about Ria as an author is her ability to write strong female leads. I love how Isobel stood her ground, especially when it came to fighting the enemy. She had a weakness for Hunter, and he did for her as well. This was the perfect introduction to a Ria Wilde book. She is a new-to-me author, and one I look forward to listening to again soon. I cannot wait for the next book to come out on audio. The plot and character development were wonderful, you can feel what the characters feel. The angst and the lust, and the deeper feelings that emerge as obsession leads way for real feelings to develop.Alone and not strong enough to carry out her plan Eleanor is in danger. With King gone will there be any chance that she will survive?

I’m so glad that I experienced this book in audio. Zara and Joe did a fantastic job at bringing these two characters to life. Hunter has kept his eyes on her all these years, he is deeply In Love with her, and he is not ever going to let go of her. She will forever be his, and he will do whatever it takes for her to realize it. He may be a ruthless monster, but he will always be her monster. He would burn the entire world down for her.You should always speak your mind. There will be times that I don't want to hear it. Times that I disagree with you. Times that I agree with you. There will be times that I know you're right, but wish you were wrong. Or I'll know you're wrong but wish you were right." When her best friend Tate, disappears King is the one who steps in and offers to help find her but for a price off course. He needs someone on the inside that can gather information to destroy the organisation behind his sister’s disappearance 6 years ago. Lines are crossed and she soon becomes the one thing he had tried to avoid for years. This is a dark romance/mafia trope with enemies to lovers for the main characters. There is plenty of suspense that had me on the edge and the chemistry between the two is enough to have you feeling hot and bothered. Honestly, Kingston is enough to get you hot and bothered all on his own. There is no cliff-hanger for this one but the overlying story arch isn't completed, we will get more in book 2. Told in dual POV I really enjoyed getting both characters' perspectives on the events and their relationship.

Like most word problems of this nature, the misuse arose because people don’t know there is a difference, and they don’t bother to research the definitions. Hunter had always been the villain in my twisted fairytale, he was never the white Knight, and he only made that clearer the night he betrayed me. I was the daughter of an MC president. I was related to the O'Banions as well as the Capones. My bloodlines did not lie and I was born for this life.

The dark romance that I have been waiting for. Hunter and Isobel had me captivated from start to finish. They are two of the most broken characters that I have read this year, but they are definitely my new favorite couple. Isobel's life is a tragedy that will break your heart. Hunter is the villian that your mother warns you about. Their story is intriguing, bloody, and twisted in ways that a great dark romance should be. I loved that the flow of past and present was done so seamlessly, so that I was never lost or confused. This is a definite must read. Once again we’re pulled into the world of the seedy underbelly of London and get tangled up with the Hearts…and the Syndicate. Savage Heart further explores just how far the Syndicate reaches and what people will do to shut it down. I was not expecting to like this book. I didn’t have much expections since it’s my first time reading this author’s work.
