Last year my initial thought was the window seal could be leaking although the condensation issue now seems the most likely. I can raise this issue with the window manufacturer next week to get a response from them on the condensation problem. Don't get me wrong - we really like our van and think it is the best on the market of its type but nothing is ever perfect is it! All the Polyplastic POLYVISION window frames are made from two sections of aluminium profiles joined with a Polyurethane thermal bridge to help prevent cold transfer to the inside of the caravan. Thanks to their special coating, these cloths stay flexible when they dry out, they won't go stiff and rigid to make them unusable. This allows a small amount of air to pass into the caravan and helps to combat the cause of condensation.We too have metal framed windows in our Sterling and have also suffered at times from very wet frames in the morning - whoever opens the blinds wipes the frames.
