This monitor is very good for value, although the picture quality and sound aren't the highest quality going. Initially found this a great product but unfortunately after only 5 months of use the camera has become very unreliable and keeps turning itself off and losing signal thanks to what seems like a loose wire.

Our Motorola would have to be pretty much constantly be on charge, where as this will last the 5 hours we need in the evening easily and not use half the battery. Only downside is that I wanted to use the lullabies it plays but the sound is terrible and too loud in the parent unit. Picture quality is a good but nothing special as the screen resolution is VGA quality, but good refresh rates both during the day and night. The only drawbacks are that the lullabies sound a bit electronic and you have to plug the parent unit in overnight as it takes a while to charge. The sound light levels allow you to have a visual indication of noise when you don't want to be fully alerted of every snuffle or cry.
