Batches from 2022 onward may not live up to the hype anymore, and it's disheartening to see a beloved fragrance lose its charm due to reformulation. The vanilla fades out and gives room for the lavender more as time goes on, a little bit of an air freshener vibe, but I mean, that's how lavender smells. In background, having retired from consulting, becoming a little bored with the hobbies I already had, I added some new hobbies, one of which is exploring fragrances.
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging . I got a new 12/2021 batch bottle and it performers very poorly , projects for an hour and completely vanishes in 3 hours.For lovers of this line, it is a safe bet for night outings, winter, autumn, evening or cold mornings, piece of perfume 9PM, and although you may not believe it, it also has its own character. Personal opinion of the perfume aside I can confidently say it is maybe 70-75% similar and the around 25% its missing brings it all the way down from an A+/A to a C. I get no cherry but if I sniff it hard, I kinda get a pickled cherry vibe but if you wouldn't mention it, I wouldn't know :)) I think it's from the vanilla-ambre thingy. The progression of notes from top to base contributes to the overall complexity and allure of the fragrance.

Really good fragrance, i have the 23/09 batch, the opening is very strong it was pretty harsh on my nose for a few second ,and then it became amazing.
I need more classy, mature, masculine, fragrances and if you want that then you definitely can’t be wearing this. i am happy to say what has been sad before many times : this one is better fragrance than OG ultra male. That was when I realized how great the quality of this fragrance is and how exceptionally well blended it is. I keep seeing talk about the bubble gum scent it has but the weird thing is I couldn't smell it once I sprayed it on my arm, it definitely smelled like bubble gum but after that, I never smelled the bubble gum again.
