About this deal

On top of that the comfort and the overall mechanical design was increased and a removable XLR cable was added that can be swapped out depending on what you’re doing. +Which ist the best headphone for mixing and mastering? Low tones are really tight and clear. There is no mud, it extremely clean. Own stays in its place and does not overshadow other sounds. SOUND: Overall very clear sound with wide stereo image. I find them especially good for rough mixes because of the wide stereo image. Bass is clear and tight, no mud and mush in the low end, which is exceptional at this price level. Mids are well defined and clear. Highs are very nice, but kind of soft, so you will want to take that into consideration while mixing. Most other headphones and monitors will sound brighter and crispier. I personally prefer the tamed highs on DT770, since they allow me to listen for longer, without as much ear fatigue. This is totally a personal preference though. Just so there is no confusion: you can hear all the highs properly (at least in my hearing range, which is up to 17.5 kHz). The one thing that was unclear to me about these headphones was whether or not the Behringer umc204hd can power them. I am happy to report that not only it can power them, most of the time i don't even run them at full volume.

We will take a brief look at the DTT Pro 80 and ATH- M50x headphones and see how they hold up against the Beyerdynamic Pro DT 770 Pro 250. Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 vs 250Realizing that the cinema presented a new opportunity in communication media, Beyer decided to produce loudspeakers for film palaces in 1924. By the end of the 1930s, Beyer was able to develop the first pair of dynamic headphones. The corresponding models of both product families PRO and Edition are hardly distinguishable in terms of sound, as long as they have the same impedance (e.g. DT 880 Edition / 250 Ohm and DT 880 PRO / 250 Ohm sound the same).

It’s best to connect the DT 770 Pro 250 to an amp or audio interface for optimum music recording experience. Pros Of The Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 The Beyerdynamic DT770 80 Ohm has been around for several decades and hence many people have many opinions about it, and here is mine. First lets talk about this headphones’ namesake, i.e. “80 Ohm”, I thought I would need an amp for driving this headphone but it runs loud and proud in my ASUS ROG GL 552 laptop and Lenovo Vibe K5 and Asus Zenfone mobiles. But you can get an amp if you like listening to music at really high volumes. Therefore, if you like the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250, you might also like the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 ohm and the Audio-Technica ATH-M50x studio headphones. As the name implies, anything branded as studio headphones is designed especially for a studio setting with a particular focus on accuracy and transparency for monitoring and mixing. The Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 might have a bit of a harsh sound in the top end, but it’s an issue that can be adjusted. Unlike some of its competitors in this price range, the cables aren’t replaceable. Therefore, If you also do a lot of DJ gigging and produce bass-heavy music, the DT 770 Pro 80 might be a good studio headphone for you. Thanks to the Tesla technologytechnology developed in Heilbronn, the DT 1770 PRO offers even finer resolution with precise and powerful bass. The PRO flagship also sets new standards in terms of wearing comfort and workmanship. So yeah the Pro's: Mix/master translates well, great subwoofer clarity to make confident mix/master decisions on for the low end. Music mixed on these translates well to other systems. Also great for critical listening, referencing music & sound design. Accuracy & translation is great on these, but note the stereowidth, bit narrow sound width due to the closed design. For (live) mixing in loud environments, closed headphones are usually used. From our portfolio, the DT 770 M, the DT 770 PRO, the DT 700 PRO X and the DT 1770 PRO are suitable.
