At the start of the tape, there is a promo slide advertising The Very Best of Fireman Sam, The New Adventures of Fireman Sam and The New Adventures of Fireman Sam: Disaster For Dinner videos. The sound of the station turntable stopping in the "ready" position comes too late after Jupiter is clearly oriented in the right position. Earlier releases of this DVD in Australia had a Full Size Amaray DVD Case and a transparent G classification logo. However, just after the Australian Classification logos were changed, it was re-released with a carry case and the new classification logo, while the disc is the exact same. The box art would later be re-used for Fields of Fire (AUS DVD), despite not featuring the episode Fun Run.

At the start of the tape, there is an advertisement for BBC Toybox magazines and the videos ' Toybox 1' and 'The Best of Noddy'. The 1993 re-release has a 5 second slide advertising videos 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 plus The Very Best of Fireman Sam. On the Cover sleeve, BBC Video forgot to include Lost Ring in the episode listings, however, images from that episode are seen on the cover art.

This episode last aired on 28 December 2007 at 13:20 PM on CBeebies, making it the last ever episode of Fireman Sam to air on that channel. Sam clearly has no headset on when they leave the station, yet one appears out of nowhere later, though he might have put it on while in Jupiter. One day in Pontypandy, a fun run has been organized for charity. Unfortunately, Norman's cheating ways has put James (who has twisted his ankle) and the other competitors in danger. This is the only episode to feature the shot of the turntable turning Jupiter around from the front in its entirety, only cutting to the next scene when Jupiter is almost in the correct position.

The Original 1990 release has a slide advertising The Hero Next Door, Lost Cat, Sam's Day Off and Snow Business. This episode features an unique shot of Sam and Elvis getting in Jupiter, instead of using the clip where Sam and Elvis get in Jupiter and then Penny joins them as was used in Bug Eyed Boy from Venus. The Original 1991 release has a slide advertising The Hero Next Door, Lost Cat, Sam's Day Off and Snow Business. and Norman's Pitfall. The 1993 re-release has a 5 second slide advertising videos 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 plus The Very Best of Fireman Sam.
