I recently picked up what feels like an entire bushel-full of peaches for a project and ended up with plenty of leftovers. NOTE: Use less tea if you prefer it weaker or more tea if you prefer it stronger, and try not to let it steep longer than 4-5 minutes or it can get bitter. They also harvest various other fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries but their claim to fame is their peaches and pecans. thank you for your reply, sure things, I am a person who cannot tolerate sugar much, recently I have been using maple syrup or agave but in small quantities, and yes don’t worry I can tolerate the nonsugar :D. Don’t skip the cooling stage: the peach simple syrup is scalding hot before you allow it to cool, so attempting to strain it immediately could lead to burns. You want it to be firm enough to handle being grilled and not fall to pieces, but also ripe enough so it has flavour - but the grilling will help with that.
