BLEU DE CHANEL Eau de Parfum is an aromatic-woody fragrance that teams New Caledonian sandalwood with notes of ambery cedar and tonka bean. It smells like your run of the mill Bleu De Chanel but compared to the EDP it evolves more as it dries down.

Subtle minty pineapple drying down into alluring woods that can be worn anywhere and mass appealing. I'm not entirely sure I understand the logic that some online influencers have when they say this is more of a going-out or "clubbing" fragrance when, to my nose, the parfum and the EDP are mostly the same, and could be used interchangeably for the same occasions.Now that its fall and in the 60-70s where I live, I've been reaching for this more than anything else I own on a day to day basis.

There is a beautiful moment when the familiar citrus opening of the Bleu de Chanel line begins to resolve into a creamy, woody drydown. Had this fragrance since it came out, and sadly on the last bottle, I found the fragrance to be very weak and hardly noticeable.Chanel created an extremely attractive mass appealing bold elegant sexy versatile scent DNA that they know would be loved by consumers and remain that way. Among the four well-known Bleu fragrances, Dylan Blue, Y, Sauvage, and this one, is unquestionably my favorite (maybe because it's less in your face).

Absolute perfect masterful smooth blending of different frangrance notes and packed with natural ingredients which make it smell very well constructed, smooth and very natural. The more subtle but noticeable notes such as mint and tonka bean add up to really build the fullness of this fragrance. The best way I can describe the parfum is, out of all the blue/bleu fragrances this is the Godfather. It's versatile enough to be worn all year—and the fact that I am legitimately disappointed when I reach the last spritz of BDC Parfum sets it apart from anything I've ever worn, sampled, or sniffed.

It’s not super loud so it maintains professionalism, but catching it up close is a sensitive but masculine feel. This is a review of a 5oz bottle with batch code 7801, manufactured in July of 2022, written by a guy in his early 40's. So glad I purchased this fragrance and will never be without a bottle in my collection, so much better than EDP imho.
