These are the cards I dropped in favour of these changes: Chameleon Colossus, Druid of Purification , Vengeful Ancestor , Wulfgar of Icewind Dale , Earth-Cult Elemental , Savage Ventmaw , Rile , Wild Endeavor , Decree of Savagery , Sword of Hours , Heirloom Blade and Indomitable Might . Scourge of Valkas is the ultimate Dragon payoff, and only requires a few dragons in play before it can start destroying players’ life totals. If we don't limit ourselves to just commanders, you have printed at least thirty permanent cards that do so, and it's a worrying trend. Of course, it's much easier to trigger Omnath repeatedly than Vrondiss, not to mention you'll need to suit the dragon up with some sort of invulnerability-granting equipment to get the most out of him.

You're averaging around four and a half mana worth of value per pull, but you'll need to ensure you don't whiff, so it comes with the deckbuilding cost of including the full gamut of mana values.

With that in mind, I picked straight up enrage and haste, cos why not have really big things that can swing right away? Percentage-wise, I would assume that nearly one-hundred percent of Wulfgar decks will include Etali, Primal Storm, Savage Ventmaw, and Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin. Garruk’s Uprising works perfectly with Vrondiss, and granting trample means dealing extra damage by eliminating the possibility of chump blocking from opponents.Sword of Hours also plays nicely with dice-rolling strategies, but it’s also awesome with the countless +1/+1 counter strategies out there. Even if you're looking to ramp, for six mana you can cast an Ulvenwald Hydra, which fetches you any land.
