A stone’s throw from The Sun Tavern, this distillery was founded in July 2014 – the first distillery in the East in for over 100 years. Lucian rum with real character, Chairman’s Reserve is a classic golden rum that blends together both pot still and continuous still rums. All the usual culprits like Riesling, Sauvignon, Chenin, Chardonnay but just not as you know them from the supermarket shelves. Produced using 100% British wheat spirit which is distilled in our state of the art copper pot still, custom designed and hand built by Arnold Holstein in Germany following the traditional metalworking techniques that the family has been using for generations. Fruity on the nose with just the right balance of sweetness it hits the palate with a zing and slowly fills the mouth with fruitiness, creamy depth and sweet spice which blends wonderfully with mixers.

From the East End of London, amongst canal-side warehouses and old school boozers, we distil a range of award-winning gins, whiskies, vodkas and rums. Packed full of vitality, it has notes of citrus, florals and cardamom, and is dangerously easy to drink.

What we offer isn’t available anywhere else in our corner of Walthamstow, whether it’s simple wines for the everyday table, great bottles for those special occasions, or craft beers and selected spirits for everything in between. The vodka originally used in Douglas Ankrah's infamous Pornstar Martini and a one of the best vanilla vodkas available on the market.

Additionally, it can be used as a base spirit in classic and contemporary cocktails, such as Martinis, Bloody Marys, or Cosmopolitans. Exceptional when teamed with whiskey and used in whiskey cocktails Fee Brothers has brought back a true classic of the cocktail making world. A true cocktail classic, Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters adds that distinctive, bittersweet dark cherry flavour for your concoctions.
