I love the sleeve that they used to hold this making of Fallout 3 DVD, it’s those extra little details like the restricted message at the bottom that really make this an awesome collectible for any fan of the game. The Mysterious Stranger perk causes a guy to show up occasionally and blast your enemy into oblivion. All experience points go into a single pool and when you level up you get to choose how you want to distribute your skill points.
