About this deal

I know that some of my readers were interested in the condition of my hair after using this treatment, and I’m happy to report that my hair feels amazing! It does smell when it goes on, but I used the buffer an extra time as I have thick hair and it doesn't have an after smell at all (I have smelt awful using removers in the past) I had red with a dark dye over the top and it has done a great job of taking me to a slightly brassy tone which I will tone with a toner or some purple shampoo. So the box contains three parts; Part A (the developer), Part B (the applicator) and Part C (the buffer). Once dried it's a lovely even strawberry blonde colour and I love it, I didn't need to colour it again! I'm naturally a dark blonde and have been dying my hair for years now all darker shades and it has so much build up I've been mahogany, and most shades of reds and purples but most recently dark brown which was More like a black and with one application of this it's down to like a golden brown it's still got the dark brown through it, it just looks like I have highlights now but I'm thinking another one or two applications of the remover all the dark hair should be gone well here's hoping :) So overall I'm just happy that it actually lightened my hair at all.

It was ok, but that’s all I’m giving it in honesty and I probably wouldn’t use it again as I feel there are better ones on the market. My hair ended up like straw but that is to be expected after using these types of products on a mature person's hair.I tried out the “Max Strength” version, because I’ve been dyeing my hair quite dark recently and wanted to bring it down to the previous lighter tones so I could go for a different look (more about that later).

So as some may know I'm gonna get all my hair cut off, but wanted to colour strip it first so at least one of the main colours (red/brown or green) would hopefully be dealt with! Does what it saysI was nervous after all the negative reviews but in desperate need of lifting years of colour build up which had culminated in a very orange brown base with pink highlights. Wow im impressed its stripped my hair to a light copper which i expected after years of dying my hair bright red and this is the result i wanted perfect base for my new colour! As with most colour removing processes, the hair was VERY warm and coppery, but I’ve come to expect that especially when you have used deeper browns as they are contain red. I'd used a red shampoo in my blonde hair over Christmas ( which had part wash out and gone pink ) was hoping this worked to remove the rest but made no difference !You may have noticed that it didn’t take my hair colour back to it’s natural state (a reasonably nondescript brown) – this is because I’d previously lightened my hair, and as described above, the product can not remove the bleach.
