Especially that first time, he got what he wanted and then he was done and sent her packing 2hrs later. I had a slight issues with some repetitive phrasing and I kind of wish we got more of him and Brielle outside of their little bubble, but the overall angst was crazy.

I could say that the storyline is not plausibel, or that its Just a fantasy , but hell it is a fantasy and i like it, i woudnt mind a mr. Their hotel romps were seriously steamy and I kind of loved seeing Brielle boss him around and go mama bear on everyone.Julian funny with his friends, sweet as Jules and a controlling weirdo as Mr Masters but panty melting at the same time. This author really intrigues me with her writing and while this story isn't necessarily a safe read for some readers and probably a few of my goodreads friends. The heroine is a 5 star mouthy, irreverent game-changer that’s saddled with a been there, done that emotionally crippled billionaire.

If you think Mr Masters is a man who is still mourning after his beloved dead wife and doesn’t want to love and lose another woman again, then you ARE WRONG. Possible Triggers: Yes Loss of a spouse to suicide (off page), the H has 2 children from previous marriage, the H used prostitution after his wife died (off page mostly but a few on page) *mention of using prostitutes while married by other reader, but I don’t remember the book to say accurately* And there is a ~13 year age difference between the h (25) and H (38). Side note- as a romance reader I've met many heroes who thought themselves broken and incapable of love . The turns in the plot are sharp and it’s very dependent on big emotional swings that didn’t work for me. He was cold and I felt like he was only focused on the sex with the h and then he flipped the switch and was mushy sweet with her.Brielle is a young, Australian engineer looking for a short term life change after being cheated on multiple times by her now ex-boyfriend.
