We are experiencing delays with deliveries to many countries, but in most cases local services have now resumed. Having had a quick look through it myself, I'd say from an adult perspective there seemed to be a bit more value and story in the dog man books than there appeared to be in this.As the story unwinds with mishaps and hilarity, readers get to see the progress, mistakes, and improvements that come with practice and persistence. As well as a hilarious and very silly story about the antics of the baby frogs, readers will learn about the practice, mistakes and persistence required to make a comic. However, this book and all the dog man's have been greatly helpful in encouraging reading habits in my kids, so for me its 5 stars. Author Dav Pilkey knows that kids can giggle about poop jokes while asking big, philosophical questions; he's created a funny, deep, wonderfully irreverent graphic novel to match that spirit.
