If you're looking for something more floral and feminine, get Annick Goutal Neroli which is also lovely. Unlike 4711 cologne, which is another lovely cheapie which does smell rather like TFNP, but on me, only for about 5 minutes before it vaporises completely. Both light and rich, it has a smooth soapy vibe mixed with the smell of suntan oil and beach-warmed skin. I’m an architect by profession and in my office , the general dress code both for me and my staff is anything in which all the people feel comfortable to work. This is marketed as a unisex fragrance but it is very masculine even with the floral note and it smells very strong.

The neroli, when it shines thru, is on the more spicy side, and combined with pepper and a dry vetiver note, it has moments where waves of dry-grass-next-to-an-old-gasoline-container come thru, as if all the notes are independently working fine, but when the wind pulls them together they are not always in harmony. The neroli note is not as bright or as piercing as the real bloom; not what I was anticipating it to be. If you need a freshy bottle of something to keep in the car or gym bag without fear of losing BIG MONEY in case of an accident, Bright Neroli Ferrari is a good choice. Ferrari has definitely upped it's fragrance game recently and made some amazing juices that punch WAY above their weight. These citrus elements harmonize to form a zesty and invigorating opening that sets the tone for the fragrance. There is definitely that sort of feeling with bright neroli although this perfume seems to be better than the rest of the line.

There's a strong floral facet going on in Bright Neroli but I don't know if it has to do with the orange blossom itself, the relative levels of that note and neroli, or how the citrus or aromatic notes combine with the neroli and orange blossom. The bottle is really noble, an elegant leather strap surrounds the cap discreetly and the sight makes a difference. So I read some very benevolent and enthusiastic opinions about the Bright Neroli from Ferrari and thought to myself, I must have this one, it is not expensive. The drydown seems much different from NP with more spicy vetiver, patchouli and aromatics (also very reminiscent of Armani's Eau Pour Homme (or it's cousin Eau d’Aromes)). It's not just because I'm not a fan of Neroli in particular because in the right context it's very enjoyable, in fact in this context it's very enjoyable but one factor to me stifled hopes I had of adding this to my wardrobe, and that is.It was an interesting scent, something new that you don't smell very often, but I don't want to smell like an old person and it was also too feminine for my taste. NP has a much more Amber and Musk Mallow sensual base note while the vetiver in this gives it that typical masculine vibe. If I would the score would be well below average, and I don’t want to insult others and their reviews here on this site.

However, an important caveat: in my experience citrus scents perform with greater variability across skin-types than do any other scent group. Im not smelling any neroli in here, nor it resembles anything close to Tom Ford Neroli Fortofino nor 4711. In the event that the bottle or pocket sprayer is accidentally left in the hotel room in the hectic pace of the departure, it is forbidden to shortlist the nobler treasures.However, Bright Neroli is not a bad fragrance in and of itself and well worth the money but the lack in any real quality definitely shows. When I sniff my hairy forearm after a few hours of spraying it, that’s when I don’t like it: I get a synthetic smell, but on this one I can’t really trust my nose because my mind it’s on the Nenuco Cologne and there’s something about this fragrance that doesn’t take me anywhere away from there. It's a citrusy and spicy fragrance that is a tribute to masculinity with sharp and invigorating top notes of Lemon, Bitter Orange, and Citron lend an unmatched sense of freshness to the Ferrari scent. The Neroli is definitely the stat, with a citrus of a bitter orange and some woody bases keeping it easily masculine, while the Neroli makes it positively unisex. That said, if your fragrance makes you a man or a woman, look further, this will not shape your gender.
