If the products are goods and we have not offered to collect them, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. As well as their original recipe — which is perfect for cocktails or simply sipping over ice — their salted caramel vodka is also a firm favourite for those looking for a sweeter tipple. Pennington’s recommend serving Lakeland Moon Gin with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic or Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic.

Compared side-by-side to the original, it’s less bitter, more delicate almost, and definitely sweeter with the orange peel coming through.

The Lakes Gin is best served with ice, Fever-Tree Mediterranian tonic water and a wedge of grapefruit. We are Universal Wines Limited, trading as The Spirit Co, a company registered in England and Wales. We recommend a premium tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit to complement the natural citrus notes in the gin. I tried it at first with Fever Tree Mediterranean Light, thinking that an Indian Tonic with quinine would overpower it.
