About this deal

They used to do everything the together, but Skye starts to grow up she realises she doesn’t like doing everything the same as her sister. plot of this book is that Skye finds the clothes of Clara, a girl who lived in her house almost one hundred years before.

The rest of the sisters were vastly different from one another – each felt like they had their own distinct personality. Even Summer fails to appreciate that Skye has her own preferences and expects that she will fit in with Summer's views. There's an added complication for Skye because she's a twin and people assume that they are the same. So when Skye finds a trunk full of beautiful old clothes, belonging to a long-dead relative, she sees an opportunity to be different. SKYE and SUMMER TANBERRY are identical twins, and Skye loves her sister Summer more than anyone else in the world.

Paddy and Skye's mother started up a Business they had been planning since Paddy and Cherry moved in.

Fourteen-year-old Honey, who used to be the “coolest sister” ever, but since the whole Cherry-Shay and Dad-moving-to-Australia, had been “off the rails”. I went to Art College in Liverpool, then got a job as fiction editor on the fab and legendary Jackie magazine. the chocolate box girls that took place in tanglewood and was written by Cathy Cassidy in a very captivating way has to be the most heart-warming book ever, the book doesn't only talk about life in tanglewood and all the sleepover, picnics and beach parties .

Skye also has a big interest in history and a certain mystery of the past that relates to their estate. She had drowned herself when her true love had been banished from Tanglewood and was told to never come back. At one point, I wanted to just yell at Summer and shake her, like: “can’t you see how much you are hurting Skye? I, personally, never have been the kind of girl that's really feminime, so this book is kinda too much for me.

They do everything together, but lately, Skye's been feeling like second-best - it's the story of her life.

She was sometimes jealous of Summer – I mean, she felt like the “shadow twin”, useless and dull compared to Summer. Skye is of course twelve years old, and she's oh so cool and unique and Not Like The Other Girls™ because she likes to wear unusual vintage clothes. And then she finds herself falling in love with an equally long-dead gypsy boy – a boy who probably is just a figment of her imagination… But is he? The fact that his storyline is open ended and secondary again shows how these books do a good job of having longer running plot lines across the series while having ones that start and finish in the same book too.

That's what i love most about this book, the fact that it feels like i'm having a conversation with Skye, or it feels like i'm looking inside her brain. Encore une fois, je me rappelle de ce tome comme de mon préféré et j'ai hâte de voir si mon âge va me faire voir d'un nouveau regard la suite de l'histoire ! I'm many times the target age for the book, but I enjoyed it for the simple reason that a good book is a good book no matter what age group it's written for. They do everything together, but lately Skye’s been feeling like second-best – it’s the story of her life. When Skye accidentally fell asleep in Clara's clothes, she dreamt of Clara's life, dancing around a fire with a gypsy boy, named Finch, she'd never met.
