About this deal

I wish that the law would allow you to suit personality someone who sexually engages with another who is in a marriage agreement. How does Sally’s seeming disinterest in her own children’s lives relate to her obsessive attention to the lives of Clive’s offspring? The author did an excellent job of describing events and showing you just how mentally ill Sally really became. Apart from the previous points, I would recommend this book to any fans of Tamar Cohen and anyone who enjoys a good thriller. Tamar Cohen was born in Nigeria in 1963 during one of her anthropologist father’s regular sabbaticals abroad (her favorite was the year he taught at Stanford University, California) but she grew up mostly in Harrow.

And the way that Sally describes Clive adds salt to the deepening wounds: at various points she mentions his overweight appearance, his impotence during their first tryst, his overinflated ego, his "sludge-colored eyes. If married people want to enter into a different relationship than that of their spouse, they should terminate the agreement and move on to the next relationship. She channels her obsession with him into friendship with his wife and daughter, involving herself in their lives as much as possible, while ignoring her own family. By the popular author of WHEN SHE WAS BAD and THE BROKEN, her sharp, funny, dark debut novel set in contemporary London, written as a journal addressed by a former mistress to the married lover who dumped her.I can't say I liked any of the characters, Sally is hard to like at all, selfish, obsessed, her behaviour and all consuming affair takes over everything. such as: Adult diapers, large baby bottle, a paddle his mommy use to spank him with, dual nipple pacifier, etc. Instead of propelling Sally down the path to recovery, the journals accelerate her voyage into depression and obsession. My husband will stray every so often and I always ask him how long does he think his girlfriend would keep him if she knew what he was really all about. Page after page is filled with the epistolary rantings of a jilted lover spiraling into a deep depression.

I have never had that kind of obsessive love and it was painful for me to feel it through the main character. While I found this book to be creepy in a good way, I didn’t like Clive anyways and thus did not care what Sally did to him or his family. You can publish under Public Announcements: and add for warning; happily married wives stay away from the likes of the Missy, who is prone to fornicating without a license (a marriage licenses that is) and violating other's licenses.Reading this novel was like watching a train you knew was going to derail, but you couldn't look away! I always said about my ex's girlfriends: Take him with my blessings, he will do more damage by loving you then I could ever do by hating you. How did it feel, I wonder, lolling on that designer daybed, listening to your wife chat away to your mistress? I will never stop wishing that I’ll wake up to a news story about this woman being — — — — by a — — — and — — .
