The back and forth and overall character growth of both characters was great in the story we received. They’ve been tasked with taking on the FBI and when a lockdown occurs they now have to lean on each other and spent time alone. Their love story is heart breaking and I just can't wait for the next book to read more on all these characters! She is currently happy with Ace but also is mourning the loss of her soulmate, Padraig, due to Padraig’s family arranging for him to marry someone else. They each made me so mad in different ways but Roisin really takes the cake because she is their mother.

If you haven’t read Books 1-3, I highly suggest you do so as this story, while focusing on a different a new couple, relies on interweaving storylines that began in Book 1, Ace and were hinted at (some in overlapping or future timelines). My heart bleeds in this book for Padrig who seems destined for a loveless arranged marriage with a teenage bride. So much is happening in this book, and you finally see the manipulative and conniving side of ma Duster.Each crave the attention of that one special someone in their lonely lives 💔❤️ Both thrown into a forced proximity situation when placed in lockdown to evade the IRS.
