The discontinuation of Levi’s 508s does not signal the end of pants that fit tall people with muscular legs. We have measured the jeans and the actual measurement are: Waist measure 31 inch, Inside leg measured 34 inch, we also measured Hems: 7 inch and Rise: 11 inch. I’m down to my last pair of the 508 and am wearing it sparingly to make it last as long as possible.

It features a zip-up fly front, regular fit with a tapered leg, woven logo tab on waistband and the famous Levi's woven tab on the back pocket. The quality of material is great, the length is perfect when wearing boots and the fit through the legs (especially in the quads) is nice and fitted. In the past I’ve owned jeans that had a pocket space so tight and tiny that I had to crush my fingers to fish out coins from the very bottom. I was a little concerned reading some of the other reviews that I might get the 'torn' version, but they are precisely as per visual. Whilst a good fix, it meant an additional tailoring cost on top of an already expensive pair of jeans. These are Grade A USED condition with no rips, tears or large marks, but may have minor marks or slight fraying to the hem.

I am not a fan of the super skinny leg jeans – they look ridiculous and are too tight, especially for taller people with larger legs! The smallest size available is 28W x 30L (too small for a tall person) and the largest is 42W x 34L. Also, being tall you don’t want to wear jeans that are too baggy either, that is not a good look and makes you look like you are wearing your older siblings pants. Most pants that fit me well in the waist end up being too narrow in the quads and on the rare occasion that they fit the pants are too short. Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. Great fit these with great leg taper which I often struggle with as I'm 6' 3" with small waist but slightly larger thighs than average.Therefore, along with providing the size stated in the label, we hand measure all our items to give you the exact measurements. Aside from length, my biggest issue with finding jeans has always been the fit around my quads (thank you squats and genetics). However I needn't have worried, although a lot closer fit there is still enough room for my tree trunk thighs and space around the seat/groin, the overall fit is far more modern without looking like you are trying too hard to be down with the skinny jean wearing kids. The lower rise was great (I have a short torso, so jeans with a high rise make me look disproportionately leggy) and I needed the roomier seat/thigh area.
