This cracking small batch Bourbon, (usually no more than 2 dozen barrels) has an inviting nose that shows rich notes of barley sugar, raisins and dried fruit, with fennel seed and fresh bread.

Also known as plata or silver, blanco Tequilas tell the story of their origins – in terms of the agave and the production methods used – with no oak to cover any faults.

Ocho Blanco Tequila is the producer’s unaged expression and honors the noble agaves of Arandas and the Camarena ‘Ranchos’.Ocho is the first single estate tequila, designed to showcase the agave plant's ability to convey differing flavours from the land. A 100% agave Tequila sourced entirely from Camarena’s own fields, Ocho takes its name (‘eight’ in English) in part from the fact that this was the eighth recipe (‘muestra’) presented to Estes by Camarena. The palate is understated with deep and assertive flavours of maple, cantaloupe, lilac, stewed peach, and avocado creaminess. Producing a softer, rounded spirit described as floral, fruity and feminine, their plants were perfect to show the world the taste of Mexican earth.
