I don't want to get into a big analysis, but I would note that at the moment, it's like there are two similar but fundamentally different scents. Just let your EDT macerate for some months and the opening will improve significantly, even though it shouldn't matter since that only last for about 15 to 20 minutes, and the dry down lasts more than 12 hours. Is it really that bad that I should spend extra on the De Nuit Intense Limited Edition for a smoother blend?Aventus has a more realistic green element in the opening from the Oakmoss and Patchouli, but it dries down to nothingness on my skin within 20 minutes. Try to combine or layer it with Qasamat Rasani by Rasasi (more Pineapple and fruity) and you will have that nice smooth Creed Aventus vibe, maybe even better. Yes, that's how you correctly analyze and review something that's made to substitute, replace or "clone" something else.

After the 3-4 hours it's still there but only those in close proximity to you will smell you, but they still don't have to get too close. You have to spray well over 8 sprays to get any whiff of it in the air, when I bought this I assumed it would be a beast-mode fragrance, looks like only in longevity.I will say,honestly, that I am beginning to actually enjoy the dry down and performance of the version, after wearing it for about 1 hour.

As a fragrance it’s definitely the most well liked dna by man and women alike I can’t think of a much better fragrance as a whole.I go for the EDT when I want something slightly more masculine as it is more woody and smoky than the PP. Opening, mid, or close, this fragrance has so much to offer and I would highly recommend this to anyone who has yet to smell it or pick up a bottle. Overall, the Pure Parfum has a slight advantage for me, as the lingering lemon opening in the EDT, while lasting almost the entire duration, becomes a persistent reminder that detracts from the overall experience.
