About this deal

The Bad, for me, is that the light for night viewing doesn't illuminate the entire time area making it hard for me to read at night with old eyes and no glasses. If this product is sold by another party, please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You’ll notice that although the general shape from the F-91W has been retained, there are some slight differences, mainly in the text department.

A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. All in all this little watch is worth every penny and you won't be dissapointed even if you have collection of more expensive watches! Featuring a stainless-steel band and light-weight resin case, this watch fits comfortably on your wrist with its easily adjustable clasp. It’s got a great retro style and feel, which if you grew up in the 80s like me, gets those nostalgia juices flowing. I’d say the display on the A158 is slightly clearer and, in person, is definitely easier to see from different angles. In reality, these both look pretty cool and retro; some of the best looking digital watches out there in my book, especially for the cost. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice.

The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. Despite being internally identical to the F91, the Casio steel case watch does cost slightly more, likely due to the addition of a stainless-steel bracelet. The case-back is stainless steel, secured by 4 small screws, with some manufacturing information stamped into the centre. The older style scissor style bracelet was probably THE most uncomfortable bracelet as far as pulling arm hairs that I have ever had. With its long battery life and reliable performance, this CASIO men's digital watch is perfect for those who want a stylish yet multifunctional watch.

That said, some complain about the backlight, saying that its very weak and only lights up the hour number. As with the F-91W, there are plenty of stories of people going as far as diving with their Casio A158W watches, however, as the watch has a stated water resistance of just 30m, it’s not something I’d personally recommend.

The daily alarm reminds you of events that recur every day, by emitting an audible signal at the set time. Displaying the month could be easier (mode mode mode light light light), but it's rarely needed anyways. This timepiece comfortably adds a touch of retro to any outfit and is truly an absolute treat to wear as a simple daily driver.

On the other hand, if you have thin wrists like me, that small profile A158 will probably look better, as it sits nice and flush to the wrist. Case in resin coated/chromed Casio Stainless Steel Bracelet Adjustable clasp WATER RESISTANT Waterproof rating (WR) according to DIN 8310 and/or ISO 2281 This model is waterproof according to DIN 8310 and/or ISO 2281, thus withstands light splashes. Hailed an iconic model from the 1980s, the A158WA-1 is the perfect addition to your day-to-day accessories with its simple yet classic design. Though no longer a necessity in the era of fitness bands, they are still an accessory par excellence, similar to sunglasses.

The Casio vintage collection has a range of iconic and renowned timepieces, blending both colour and style, these retro watches are a popular choice for all tastes.

This model looks great for all occasions- it’s the standout watch from the range and a collector’s favourite. I prefer smaller, retro 70’s and 80’s watches, and less of the 90’s style and bulkier watches, but some of those have caught my eye too.
