This battery is compatible with all Dyson V7 models of cordless vacuum cleaner and fits the original wall charging dock. This not only makes it easier to empty than the V6 but also makes it a breeze to remove hairs that might have become tangled inside. If you’d like something cheaper, you’ll need to look at models from the likes of Electrolux, Bissell or Shark. Its 100 AW motor is substantially less powerful than the 150 AW unit found in the newer Dyson V12 Detect Slim. Most models come with two cleaners heads, but every model has either a Motorbar™ cleaner head or a Digital Motorbar™ cleaner head that is suitable for carpeted floors.
