About this deal
In creating Height of Arrows we sought to create a gin that followed the same principle of utilising a few ingredients to achieve an abundance of flavour.
The challenge for us when making Height of Arrows was whether we could make a gin with a whisky maker's mindset.I really enjoy Holyrood Distillery products and I was excited to see they had released a few new gins.

Alongside juniper are the additions of Isle of Skye salt and natural beeswax, which are added after distillation. Drawing on the idea that whisky’s myriad of flavours rely on a handful of ingredients, Height Of Arrows rejects the idea of numerous botanical additions.Holyrood Distillery sits under the watchful eye of Arthur’s Seats, the main peak that forms the Holyrood hills that dominates Edinburgh’s skyline.
As a gin fanatic, it’s a pleasure to sit and taste a brand’s range side-by-side – and Height of Arrows is no exception.Height of Arrows showcases Juniper’s complex flavours, while additions of Isle of Skye sea salt and natural beeswax, marry with juniper to impart a further depth of flavour and create a layered texture. Instead of adding numerous botanicals, we have focused on the different ways we can use juniper to create different gin flavours. As this varies dependent on the location of the wines and ultimate destination this will be quoted to you at the point of billing for VAT and duty. Made just down the road, the Height of Arrows gin from Holyrood distillery strips gin to its core, celebrating the flavour and complexity of juniper.
