The idea of lowering the environmental impact of razors is very responsible but we feel that it definitely could have been executed better. It gives a consistent shave, well made and if you are thinking of getting one I would defiantly recommend it.

There's a serious amount of money to made if it were the case, not to mention helping the companies to become more sustainable in the process - also something that would boost profits and shareholder value in the businesses.But later on and after having a closer read of the product description, I realised that they never actually talk about the heads of the razors in their descriptions. There are choices to be made that are not only right for our grooming routines but also for the planet.

Good review, I have been shaving with my Ikon deluxe head/ bulldog handle razor for about 3 weeks now and have just checked it for any rust as you got me a bit worried.I do not have enough experience at the moment to comment on its characteristics, what I can say having used it today for the first time it was as easy to use as the HD Merkur 34C. This photograph (above) compares the 67 Tech (left) with the Ikon (right) and there are striking similarities, though I like to think of the Ikon design as being more robust and hopefully long lived – that said as you can see from the photo there is some slight rust staining on the head.
