Not only can this product be used to decalcify your espresso, coffee, or tea maker heating element and boiler, but you can also use it to maintain water faucets, spray heads, and milk systems. Caffenu descaling includes a bottle of liquid descaling product which is mixed in with water in your machine’s water tank. I could even see a difference in the appearance of the water tank after running the descaling cycle – much cleaner and clearer. The mixture contains a disinfection product that removes bacteria and other impurities from the machine. Filter M/c Descaler - I use a De longhi - filter machine and found the descaler to be quite effective - however I did have to rinse through several times to get rid of the smaller fragments. we didn't use the Descaler for our coffee machine nor for our kettle we wanted a Descaler for our floor steamer which was in our cupboard but due to the hard water in our area it was all clogged up and wouldn't work any more , so rather than throw it away thought we would try the liquid Descaler to see if that would work so read the instructions put the Descaler into the steamers water tank and left it over night we re-used the water for our coffee machine rather than throw that away in the sink and filled the steamer up with fresh water and it worked Brilliant !
