About this deal

However, having limited cash doesn’t have to mean that every part of the audio experience should suffer.

Skullcandy SCS5URHT-456 Uproar On-Ear Headphones - Black/Grey

The good news is that the earpads are quite comfortable, so they shouldn’t cause too much discomfort during long listening sessions. The headband is also very lightweight, although it can feel slightly tight on the scalp for some. Aside from the charging cable, nothing else ships with the Uproar Wireless, making it one of the more accessory-barren headphone pairs we've tested lately. You could argue this helps keep the price down, but we've seen headphones in this price range with, say, 3.5mm audio cables or carrying pouches. Short battery life? Not at all! I think the box said 10 hours of use between charges and I'd have to say I get a least that much. I use these headphones as my headset at work and I use them for every call, webinar, etc that I attend. I own a couple of pairs of bluetooth headphones, but each has their own issues; short battery life, very limited wireless distance, uncomfortable, etc. Be sure to charge your headphones on a flat surface to ensure the USB connector on the charging cord is flush and securely inserted into the charging port.I got these because I was tired of my earbuds wire getting caught on things while I was listening to music, and a guy on youtube said they were SUPER durable, like he threw them across the room in the video and they were fine.

Skullcandy Uproar Bluetooth Wireless On-Ear Headphones - White

Simply put - these sound great. Really really solid performance. Not too bassy, decent separation. Comparable (and better than in most cases) to nearly every other headphone I've owned. They're also implausibly light. Not far off a pair of standard wired headphones, which is impressive considering they have the battery inside. The battery itself isn't wildly impressive (about 8-10 hours currently) which is absolutely fine for my purpose (but my AKGs lasted for what seemed like weeks so it's not as convenient to have to charge it more regularly. If you’re limited in cash, you’re probably going to struggle to access features like active noise canceling and virtual assistant support. I have not tested a phone call yet to gauge mic sensitivity in noisy environments/call experience nor tested in dense Bluetooth use environments (crowds) to gauge signal saturation/interference/battery life (only normal household/vehicle use). Wait momentarily after plugging the headphones in , occasionally it takes a few seconds to begin charging .TLDR; Highs and lows, great. Mids iffy depending on your EQ and Song preference. THEY DON'T BREAK. Good battery. Worth the cordlessness to me. But if you wanna sERIOUSLY drown out something else, sound-canceling-in-earbuds are best. Great value! These head phones are a very affordable option in a field of otherwise expensive devices. The audio quality, at low volumes is comparable with other. If you want to crank your music and or movies volume to compensate for exterior noise your going to be unhappy. These do not appear to have any noise cancelling technology built into them. My CPAP hose connects on the top of my head. So I'd place the top of the headphones just in front of my hose, or position it across my forehead with the earphones over my ears. It WORKED & STAYED ON All night! The sound is honestly really good, better than I've had in other Bluetooths this price. I am unfortunately not in a position to afford my fave sennheisers, but for dog walking, housework and commuting these are excellent for music. Plenty of bass, but not too much, clear and bright. I never to audiobooks etc, but am sure they would also sound good.

Skullcandy Uproar Wireless On-Ear Headphone - Black

I have listened to music for more than 12 hours over the course of three days before a recharge was needed and they recharge in less than two hours using any USB port on your computer. The headphones come with nothing but a charging cable. It’s a bit of a shame that there’s no case to keep your headphones secure in – but we can’t complain about this too much for the price. I have the Skullcandy Crusher BT headphones. I occasionally get a problem where my headphones will connect, but won't play any sound from any audio device. I will try to clear up how to fix this problem. Skullcandy, one of the more popular headphone brands available today, believes that anyone should be able to afford a good set of Bluetooth headphones.

Why is Sony WH-CH510 better than Skullcandy Uproar Wireless?

Limited wireless distance: Not a problem! My old bluetooth headphones would stop working if I took more than about 2 steps away from my laptop, but the Uproar headphones continue working at least 20 feet away, even through walls!
