Deleting and re-posting my review because my opinion has changed after wearing both scents side by side. in conclusion, the intense version smells more lactonic, creamy, and kind of like a really SOFT airy pear. i can definitely see myself wearing this on a winter night out with my friends while drinking hot chocolate.

Top notes are Lavender, Pear and Bergamot; middle notes are Whipped Cream, Praline, Coconut and Vanilla Orchid; base notes are Cashmeran, Ambroxan, Musk and Woodsy Notes. Essentially, this means there was a full-sized version of Cloud (with that gorgeous blue bottle and white cloud holder) and a mini version as well. My girlfriend claims that this is just my "scent" as the first time I had her smell it she said, well it smells great, but honestly, it smells like your skin, LOL.I'm in my mid-thirties and I can tell you, the only reason I even decided to spritz an Ariana Grande frag at Ulta was because of all the chatter about it smelling so similar to the absurdly expensive Baccarat Rouge. i do miss the brightness and the slightly stronger presence of lavender that is in the original, but it's barely different, so not a big deal.

If I’m being honest I like them both but for different reasons and I can’t really choose because the differences are so so slight. I’m not good at naming notes, so I’ll just say I Love it sooooo much and yes to me it’s a great option for those of us without the cash for BR540. on days where i don't feel like i need to stand out smell-wise and i don't want to use up my more special fragrances, i will bust this one out. It's like when you discover a new food you find delicious, and you eat it over and over again until you've eaten it almost everyday for two year and suddenly the mere thought of that dish makes your stomach churn. If you love cloud there is no doubt you won’t love this as well, BUT it is a bit sweeter I was so eager to get my hands on this because so many have spoken how this is warmer and creamer than original cloud (I love the original but I’m not a huge fan of the first few minutes of the pear) This to me smells almost sweeter but not exactly in a creamy way.Update: I can't get over what I think is the ambroxan giving it a burnt quality to it that never goes away since it's in the base.
