Directions: Apply shampoo to wet hair, massage gently with fingertips into lather, repete this process.Work and massage the Recovery Shampoo into wet hair, rinse well, then apply the Recovery Conditioner to the wet hair, leave in for 3-5 minutes and rinse well.
