Bit disappointed that there is nothing more to this new edition so I took away one star from previous rating.Another nice thing about this book is that Hirons is not shy of recommending specific products for particular skin concerns. Also, unlike the essential oils, it is probably reasonable to believe that you’re not actively doing your skin any harms. I was surprised at how much I got out of this book - I considered myself fairly well versed in the realm of skincare however since reading I've added a few tweaks in my routine that have changed the game!

Only giving this 3 stars though as there is SCARCE info on pregnancy/ menopausal skin concerns /product recommendations which I know I would have definitely appreciated when preggo.
