it’s kinda stupid if I think about what I just looked at for more than 10 seconds but it’s fun as hell in it’s ridiculous way that I can’t really say much bad about it either. There are multiple characters introduced (all are important, but due to similar names and looks to the characters, keep a score card).

Hiroshi Seko wrote the scripts, Yoshimichi Kameda [ ja] designed the characters, and Kenji Kawai composed the music.From the creator of One Punch Man comes a series that swaps superheroes for psychics and the supernatural. The opening theme song, "99", is performed by Mob Choir while the ending theme song, titled "Refrain Boy" ( リフレインボーイ, Rifurein Bōi ), is performed by All Off. Because in spite of the shenanigans, you can't help but feel some degree of sympathy for those who seek to dominate - that is, those usually considered villains - and do it in such a sympathetic manner as ONE did. Mob’s line “I think the concept of missing out differs from person to person” and that just make me stopped for a while. I want to see all the characters, see Mob's brother some more, see our weird hairdo guy (we already saw him for a short bit in this volume).

There aren't many surprises in this finale (maybe one big one, depending on how gullible you are), but I like that. The comedy in some can be SO SPOT ON and some only left to be brushed off but overall, I throughly enjoy reading the first volume.
