At Cantu we actually promote LCO instead of LOC. Using oil after the cream helps seal the moisture into the hair shaft. If you were to put cream on after the oil, it wouldn’t get absorbed into the hair. Why does Cantu’s Custard leave white flakes in my hair? If you want to use, make sure your hair is clean, dried, and damp before using it. Divide your hair into sections and apply a generous amount of custard to each section, stretching your curls as you go. No, you cannot make your hair curly using Cantu products. Curling irons or more hands-on methods are required. Is it bad to put Cantu in your hair every day?
