The V860 III is more expensive than the previous version in this line, but I believe the new battery system bringing it in line with other Godox products is a welcome development.
I’ve concentrated on the new features for this review, as all of the standard features are just as you’d expect from Godox. All versions of the V860 III come with TTL, manual flash, high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second, rear-curtain sync, stroboscopic flash, flash exposure compensation, and autofocus assist beam for low lighting situations. The customer may be charged with the costs of transport and diagnosis of the product if the product sent as part of the warranty complaint is functional or its defects result from improper use of the product. Switching the flash to the manual is pretty straightforward and enables you full control over the use of your flash with a good amount of adjustment that should suit most users.With a rotation angle of 0° to 330° horizontally and -7° to 120° vertically, the V860III allows direct flash, bounce flash and all other shooting techniques. Godox is not responsible for financial losses and other civil law consequences caused by a defect in the advertised device (loss of profit, turnover, inability to conduct business). They share the same battery which is fantastic for those wishing to build a complete lighting system with this brand. Even the menu design of the V860 III is similar to the V1, breaking away from the menu system on older Godox hardware. Value for Money The flash follows the traditional boxy hotshoe design and is available in dedicated fits for most of the major brands, including; Canon, Sony and Nikon; I’ve looked at the Sony version in this review. The build quality of the Godox V860 III is excellent. The flash feels sturdy and more durable in the hand than some smaller flashes. Having said that, I’ve never had any issues with the build quality of any Godox equipment. Specifications

Whether shooting in a broad setting or a focused space, the V860IlI will light the objects naturally. Flexible Shooting Angle Further playing with the flash reveals this flash’s depth of quality. The refresh rate at around 50-75% power is far less than a second, and only after several hours of shooting did that refresh rate start to slow. In most use I didn’t have to wait for the recycle time, it was just primed and ready.
