Price range: Autonomous mowers are not affordable when compared to other versions. However, entry-level models are available at comparatively lower prices when compared to high ends options. No matter what is the price tag, you need to make sure that the machine can cover your lawn. There is no point spending on a tool that cannot maintain your garden properly. If your garden is slightly sloped, that shouldn’t be an issue for the LawnMaster L10 since it is capable of mowing on slopes up to 35%. Blades Even that has not going smoothly. They gave me s number which was not correct for DPD to turn up and collect the machine and a time slot. DPD did not turn up.

Charging your LawnMaster VBRM16 takes barely any time at all. Simply attach it to the charger, plug it in and it’ll be ready in around one hour! Navigation System What do I mean by this? Well, unlike most robotic mowers, this one isn’t designed to be left outside all the time. It’s a drop and go machine which can be charged indoors and then you simply need to pop it on the ground and let it do its thing. There are many advantages to this which I’ll dive into in my LawnMaster VBRM16 review. Edge cutting: No robot mower can edge your lawn as well as you can but some can trim closer to your flower beds than others. To reduce secondary mowing, look out for models with offset blades.
Object avoidance: A feature that all robot vacuums have but rarely seen on robot mowers, certainly at the lower end of the price spectrum. Instead, when you first get the robot, you only need to charge the removable battery using the separate charging unit. It comes partially charged and I found it was fully charged within 30 minutes. Remove it from the charger and slot it into the cavity on the rear of the mower, and it’s good to go. The battery should last around three hours and only takes an hour to charge from empty. With the boundary wire in place you need to finish the set up by connecting to the base station and a power outlet. On the plus side the L10 comes with a long power cable which gives you options to place the charging base pretty much wherever you want without the need for an extension cable.
