About this deal

With the whole community feeling, I personally see this bottle as a celebration of the online Whisky community and if that is not a reason to pop a cork and share a glass then, I got many dry months ahead of me. This is the first bottle of Loch Lomond that I have seen in the flesh with their new look with the frankly oversized logo. In honesty, it has grown on me and is now heads and shoulders above the previous structure.

Throughout our operations, we will consider the environmental implications of every major business decision that we make.Below this stands a fantastic band of glowing information which tells a deeper story like reading the inside of Bilbo Baggins ring. This strip of facts should satisfy any whisky nerd as it proudly lists off: Unpeated, Natural Colour, Cask Strength, Non-Chill filtered. As well as year distilled, number of bottles and cask number. As I discuss in my video (which sadly the audio seems to have cut out at this point) it’s great to see not just only the Aqvavitae logo subtly sitting there but also the Barfly emblem. These innovative stills give superior control at the distillation stage, allowing us to take the spirit off at various cut points. This allows for different flavour notes to be captured and emphasised through the range of alcohol strengths that can be captured and rejected.

In the Hal Roach short comedy film Tit for Tat, Stan Laurel sings a verse of this song after Oliver Hardy declares in a verbal altercation with his neighbor that he will take the "high road" and walk away. a) Supporting local environmental sustainability initiatives, such as energy saving, green travel or waste reduction programmes; Official Scottish Singles Sales Chart Top 100 18 November 2007 - 24 November 2007". A delicately crafted, full-bodied single malt with a beautifully balanced peat character featuring roasted coffee and green apple with spice notes on the finish. Matured in refill and re-charred oak casks to ensure the sweeter notes of this smoky single malt are brought to the fore.

Whiskybase B.V. (“Whiskybase”, “we” or “us”, company details below) offers a whisky enthusiasts online platform that provides its members access to the most comprehensive, transparent and trusted resource of whisky bottles and allows and stimulates its members to contribute information about whisky bottles to the platform (“Service”). Of course, environmental stewardship has moved on significantly. The Scotch Whisky Association has committed to create a Water Stewardship Standard, however the progress of this is unclear. In parallel to the commitment to have a standard is a specific target of 12.5 – 25 litres of fresh water per litre of alcohol produced. This commitment is due to be in place by 2025. SWA states: Matured in American Oak barrels and finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks, Loch Lomond 30 Year Old is a smooth and elegant whisky with a deep fruit character of kiwi, gooseberry and lime. Bottled at47%, free from caramel colouring and chill filtration. There are 5 scotch whisky regions: Highland, Speyside, Lowland, Islay and Campbeltown. Loch Lomond Distillery sits proudly in the Highland region of Scotland, situated just minutes from the beauty that is Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. ▼ OUR UNIQUE WHISKY MAKING PROCESS c) Being vigilant with respect to reporting any environmental risks, hazards, or situations which do not look or feel right – including any potential regulatory breaches.
