About this deal

Willow is so dense she literally doesn’t use protection once and then is shoooook even she’s pregnant. No Willow is constantly wet. She obvious she enjoys being dominated. Pushed around. Spoken to like garbage and the tap is just on constantly. By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! Before I can stop myself, I glance down at my arm. She grabbed me two days ago and left behind three long claw marks. It looks like I was mauled by an animal.

I remember those quiet moments between our combined breaths. When he was inside me, and I felt whole. Carrying on…. I found Willow to be too stupid to live and annoyingly pathetic and weak. I actually put this down as a DNF because it was so frustrating to me. Both characters are distasteful, in my opinion. Willow is immature and bratty, although I can understand her reactions in some cases. Leo is mean and arrogant and never lets up. They seem toxic together. She can't say no to him but won't listen to him and he doesn't seem to respect her at all. The story felt like one long argument.

Willow has a 11 month stint with her Bratva mother Anya, who abandoned her as a child. Mummy Dearest successfully turns her into a fighting machine replica to only have her cave into Leo within five minutes of him kidnapping her AGAIN! How pathetic is that? She doesn't even get a few chapters of this book where her character stands up to Leo, but immediately is f......king him. Is it really necessary in the 21st century to write about women who are constantly victimized by these men over and over again? I will continue to look for authors' who support strong women in this genre instead of turning them into pathetic ghosts of themselves.

No?” Brit asks, coming forward. “You look like the kind of girl who never stops dreaming.” Her tongue slides over her bottom lip as though I’m her next meal. Leo’s broad-shouldered silhouette against the dark sky beyond. The last glimpse of him I got before I was taken away. Leo Solovev only ever saw me as a weapon, and he’ll view the baby as the same—if he gets the chance.

Table of Content

After reading the first one I was included to read the second because I knew it would be a redemption story. I turn from the barred window and watch Brit glide into the room. Her beauty always seems excessive, ethereal. Like someone layered too many filters on a photo.
