ST 8.3. If the course is an Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) qualification or an ACCA Foundations in Accountancy qualification, the student sponsor must be an ACCA approved learning partner – student tuition at either Gold or Platinum level. The applicant will be granted a period of permission dependent on the type and length of course as in the table below: Type of Course ST 1.3. ST 4.3. An application for permission to stay must be for study on a course with a start date no more than 28 days after the expiry date of the applicant’s previous permission.
