About this deal

A fruity, sweet, still Somerset cider crafted with cherries and berries, giving soft berry notes and a bold cherry flavour. We have a list of every beer we’ve tried this year– we’ve already crossed 650 beers for the year, so see what we’ve had and what we recommend!

The first Kilt Lifter was developed in 1996. Today it’s one of Arizona’s best-known beers from one of Phoenix’s best breweries. There’ll be cask and keg ales, craft beers and guest ciders from around the UK, a delicious BBQ and tasty specials on our Café Bar menu (with vegan options). We’ve also got outdoor games, a DJ set from Alan Morton on Saturday night (as part of the Short Cinema film festival), and fantastic live music on Sunday evening and Monday afternoon courtesy of Leicester musician Les Hayden. The owners of Wren House Brewing Company believe in the power of craft beer to gather people together. Their taproom reflects this as they offer a simple space with music (however no TV) so that you can gather with friends or meet a new neighbour over a beer. If you're looking to break away from the dark wood, bearded-men-in-flannel aesthetic of most breweries, this is your stop. The light and airy vibes at Greenwood Brewing Co. in the Roosevelt Row Arts District are reflective of the beers you can get from this female owned and operated brewery. Try out the crisp and citrusy Herstory Brew Pale Ale to complement your surroundings. Finally, please sign up for the newsletter below– we haven’t been updating as much during the pandemic for obvious reasons, but when regular updates begin again (and they will soon), signing up for the newsletter is the best way to make sure you don’t miss out.AM – 10 PM Monday through Thursday, 11 AM – 12 AM Friday, 9 AM – 12 AM Saturday, 9 AM – 10 PM Sunday

If you’re still a die-hard Kilt Lifter fan, expand your horizons with other favourites such as the crisp Hop Knot IPA, or refreshing Peach Ale. Their seasonal brews are a must-try as well, like the legendary Pumpkin Porter. How Many Breweries Are In Phoenix? A brilliantly ‘easy’ Session IPA. Extra pale base malts keep it crisp and give the hops a wonderful platform. Brewed using Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic hops. Vegan. An amber American pale ale, crammed with juicy malts and tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Brewed using Columbus, Bravo, Amarillo, Citra, Calypso and Mosaic hops, to give a huge hop flavour. Vegan.Full of character, this rich bronze Herefordshire cider is smooth and beautifully balanced with a satisfyingly rounded finish. We strive to always be innovative with our brands to cater for the preferences of our consumers. PhoenixBev offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products which are all made from high quality ingredients. W hen does Phoenix finally vanish from pubs? There is a mention here of someone finding a bottle dated best before October 1989 but I’m finding it quite difficult to find out when production actually ceased. My present opinion is that it never saw the 1990s but I am still looking for information. (A column in one newspaper in 1989 of things that we had in the sixties mentions Phoenix, implying it was no longer available.) [Edit: In the comments below Séan Billings says he remembers drinking large bottles of Phoenix in Waterford in 1989.]

Husband and wife duo Jeff and Leah Huss have been part of Arizona's craft beer game since 2013, but it wasn't until they opened their first taproom in Tempe thatthe Huss name became a pillar of the brewery scene. This operationincludes the Papago Brewing and Arizona Light brands, which have brought us such staples as Orange Blossom, Scottsdale Blondeand Koffee Kolsch— these selections can be found at just about any restaurant or bar throughout Phoenix. Enjoy Huss brews at their Tempe taproom, or pair a flightwith some bites at their uptown Phoenix location. The operation's latest addition is located at the Phoenix Convention Center (PCC) in the heart of downtown. This section does not cite any sources.
