Christmas is an important time of year in Sylvania, so we like to think of this as a sort of rehearsal for the real thing. Also, all the prizes will be given away in perfect time for you to be able pop the prizes under the tree for your little ones.

Just like many smart hotels around the world, there is a topiary-filled roof garden, providing an extra outdoor space for guests to mingle and admire the views of Sylvania. A dozen window boxes, plus white balustrades for both the roof garden and the first floor balcony are the finishing touches to this prestigious abode. Finally, at the top of building under the roof, the attic-style rooms could be used for the hotel staff or as an overflow for guests during very busy periods. Sylvanians love to play. They love to spend time in the outdoors running around, fishing, cycling, playing catch and having picnics. Whether they’re exploring outside or playing in the comfort of their living room, we want to see your photographs of what your Sylvanian Families get up to in their summer holidays! This is a summer competition, and the winning entries will reflect the season, so make sure that it’s sunny outside when you take your snaps!
